Information collected in V1

The contact form asks for your name, business, email address, an optional phone number, an optional current website and your message. Submitting the form prepares an email in your device’s email application. This website does not itself store the form submission.

How the information is used

Information sent by email will be used to understand and respond to your enquiry, including a request for a free website concept where selected.

Cookies and analytics

Optional Google Analytics may be used to understand page use and contact interactions when it is configured. It remains inactive unless a visitor chooses to allow analytics, and enquiry names, contact details and message contents are not sent. The owner should review this wording and the wider privacy position before enabling analytics in production.

Owner decisions required before production

  • Confirm the lawful basis relied on for handling enquiries.
  • Define how long enquiry emails and related records will normally be kept.
  • Confirm any service providers that receive or store enquiry data, including the email provider and hosting provider.
  • Confirm the process for access, correction, deletion and other data-rights requests.
  • Confirm whether any data is transferred outside the UK and what safeguards apply.
